- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Heat the oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak and grill, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for rare. Set aside to rest. Place the spinach into the hot grill pan and allow to wilt for about 2 minutes.
- Arrange the naan bread on 2 baking sheets. Divide the spinach and tomatoes on each naan bread.
- Slice the steak thinly on a diagonal against the grain. Divide the steak and place on the naan. Top with cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
